  • This program is thought for individuals that find challenging nurturing and maintaining a healthy mind, as well as managing stress at work.

  • This journey consists of 12-weeks.

    There will be x5 live and immersive evenings (Tuesday nights 6pm-8pm) plus x1 one-to-ones meetings.

    THE COURSE IS HELD ONLINE ON ZOOM.
